Sleepy Creek is on 10 acres and with about 10 employees keeps it a home grown wine lifestyle destination. They produce about 30,000 bottles a year and  the popular Three Amigos and Scapegoat wines sell out regularly.

Ricotta Custard with fresh figs, central Tuscan cuisine, wood fire oven and great wine; who wants in? Wine lifestyle host, Jessica Altieri of Wine Channel TV visited Saratoga and Chef Roslyn Zecchini at Forno Bistro. For the past 6 years, Chef Roz has been creating spectacular rustic Italian dishes in Saratoga for locals and lucky tourists when the race track opens. The four course wine and food dinner had plenty of surprises in store for the press. And last but not least, a ricotta custard dessert with fresh fig was sure to keep everyone saving room for at least a bite of dessert. Your new wine word of the day: Lagrein! And yes it’s wine washed cheese! It’s hard keeping up with new wine pairing options these days, but this pairing of cheese and wine is a perfect wine lifestyle event conversation starter!
