Cyrano’s Farm Kitchen Chef Didier Durand prepared his award winning cuisine for a day of “Bordeaux Style”. On hand was Flow Wine Group Bordeaux expert Dena Buck and Wine Channel TV CEO Jessica Altieri. Chef Didier was born in Bergerac, on the plains of the River Dordogne in Southwestern France. He is a graduate of the famed Lycee Hotelier cooking school in Bergerac and spent two years preparing award-winning French cuisine at the four-star Michael Guerard Restaurant in Eugenie-Les-Bains, France where he won culinary fame from the French Riviera to the Caribbean.
