Bubbles, Berries and Ocean Prime in the Summertime
Ok, I love summer, beaches and the ocean and if I can’t be there, then I like “seeing there”. As in my visit to Ocean Prime in Tampa with Executive Chef Jeff Hostenske.
We had a great start with Ahi Tuna Tartare, followed by a Chilean Truffle Sea Bass and then the “Buckeye candy” inspired Peanut Butter Mousse Torte. Then the grand finale, a Berries and Bubbles special drink!
