Friday may be the end of the week, but it’s the START of the weekend!  Manchester United is in town and we need a great meal to “kick” it this weekend. I’m going with delicious crab and sauv blanc. Here is a great interview at the Kenmore Live Studio with Master of Wine Alastair Maling from Villa Maria.

One of my favorite  summertime Sauvignon Blanc’s is from Villa Maria Estates in New Zealand. For crab, I head over to Sunda in Chicago, for some of their signature crab crusted ahi tuna!
