Hell’s Kitchen Chef Patrick Cassata has his own idea of a wine lifestyle holiday pairing. The former contestant on Hell’s Kitchen put together a Pig and Fig Terrine holiday dish for a Wine Channel TV Holiday Wine Lifestyle featured segment. Chef Patrick was a contestant on the “Hell’s Kitchen 2012″ FOX cooking competition series.
Pig and Fig Terrine per Chef Patrick gives you a “little salty, sour and fatty …..with a little sweet”! Chef Patrick is currently the Executive Chef at The Bank Restaurant in Wheaton, Illinois and indicated he is a true “Pinot Snob” who loves the Russian River Valley and New Zealand wines!
