Take one part Sunda. Add one part Terlato Wine Group and mix together with Wine Channel TV and a group of Cabernet wine lovers and you have a great 2011 Cab With a Twist Event. Sunda was the stage for the 2nd annual Cabernet Day with an all-start cast of wine lovers and wine celebrities. Mr. Bill Terlato and Chef Jesse from Sunda joined the festivities and shared in the celebration. Cabernet Day featured three wines from Terlato Wines International, Chimney Rock, and Two Hands Sexy Beast! Chef Jesse prepared these delicious appetizers:
- Lemongrass Beef Lollipops Tender NY strip glazed and wrapped around lemongrass sticks and served with sweet vinaigrette for dipping
- Indo Corn Fritters Crispy Fritters served with a ginger dipping sauce
- Pig on a Stick grilled pork belly, scallion sweet soy
- Enoki chive stix grilled enoki mushrooms, chives, house cured honey ginger bacon
- Lobster Wagyu roll creamy lobster, jalapeno, wagyu beef, truffle foie aioli
