What’s the buzz? Wines made in amphorae (spelled “anfora” in Italy) large, human sized clay vessels. Well, we had a chance to meet Joe Campanale, beverage director and partner at dell’anima, l’Artusi and anfora wine bar in the West Village at the Saratoga Wine and Food and Fall Ferrari Festival, presented by the Italian Trade Commission.
