Watch out! It’s a Turkey! It’s a Duck! It’s a Chicken! Or rather, its all three? Turducken is a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey. I joined Chef Patrick Quakenbush of Zed 451 as he demonstrated step by step how you can make your own Turducken for your significant other this Thanksgiving.One of my favorite “Just Jess” Wine Rules..try at least 1 new wine a month.
