Doctors’ opening up wine bars? If that doesn’t give you enough reason to have a glass of wine, I don’t know what will.
Dr. Dominic Gaziano , opened Salute Wine Bar and Restaurant on Chicago’s Gold Coast with the goal of bringing a little piece of Italy to the Windy City. I first met Dr. Gaziano in Las Vegas at the NATPE convention, and then ran into him while at the New Release-New Zealand Wine Tasting Event while in Chicago.
This cozy Italian Bistro has everything your Italian heart can desire; including half price bottle nights, Live Jazz Wednesday’s and Italian Cinema Night. Oh, and don’t forget about their top notch wine list.
Since I was in the Italian mood, we shared a nice bottle of Colosi Nero D’Avola Sicilia Rosso, and it’s bright dark cherry, and plum flavored notes hit the spot .
Watch this video to see WCTV finding out what the Doctor’s orders are at this Chicago hotspot!
Cheers,
JustJess
