In Scottsdale, Arizona there’s one spot that’s a must visit,The Coach House, which is the city’s oldest tavern and a legend in it’s own right.

The view here is one in a million…I’m not talking about the view of the mountains, but their lights. They have the most amount of Christmas lights you’ve ever seen jammed into one tiny spot.

Oh yeah, they also have amazingly tasty, free burgers and char-dogs while you’re watching the big game on one of their many tv’s located both inside and outside.

It was about 50 degrees when I went, one of the coldest Thanksgiving weekends yet in Scottsdale. Yet, their heating lamps outside were toasty enough to keep everyone warm despite the poor weather.

Wine is not exactly the first thing to look for here, but I did manage to get a nice glass of St. Francis Sauvignon Blanc. I’ve had that wine before and paired with my hotdog it was just fine and refreshing. Not a wow wine, but it hit the spot!

Check out Wine Channel TV and this must visit Arizona bar…!

Hi, this Irene from the Coach House. I loved your video and sent it to all of my friends and family. I just want to let your know that the Coach House Tavern is celebrating 52 Years in Business
    Weekend Celebration ~ April 15-17

Way back in 1959, Bob Brower opened up the Coach House Tavern in Scottsdale and this year the Brower family will be celebrating 52 amazing years of the oldest family owned and operated tavern in Old Town Scottsdale.
Bob loved people, telling and hearing a good story, baseball, and serving a cold beer to many he called friends. A tavern was a perfect place to enjoy and share those things he loved. The Coach House Tavern, the Brower family and the friendly traditions have continued which gives us a very good reason to celebrate.
April 15, 16, and 17, we will be celebrating our 52nd anniversary all weekend long with catered food from 2pm – 6pm on Saturday & Sunday and great live music starting on Friday night. The catered food is complimentary to our customers and there is no cover charge.
