Wine TV , JustJess and Scottsdale’s oldest tavern the Coach House
In Scottsdale, Arizona there’s one spot that’s a must visit,The Coach House, which is the city’s oldest tavern and a legend in it’s own right.
The view here is one in a million…I’m not talking about the view of the mountains, but their lights. They have the most amount of Christmas lights you’ve ever seen jammed into one tiny spot.
Oh yeah, they also have amazingly tasty, free burgers and char-dogs while you’re watching the big game on one of their many tv’s located both inside and outside.
It was about 50 degrees when I went, one of the coldest Thanksgiving weekends yet in Scottsdale. Yet, their heating lamps outside were toasty enough to keep everyone warm despite the poor weather.
Wine is not exactly the first thing to look for here, but I did manage to get a nice glass of St. Francis Sauvignon Blanc. I’ve had that wine before and paired with my hotdog it was just fine and refreshing. Not a wow wine, but it hit the spot!
Check out Wine Channel TV and this must visit Arizona bar…!
Cheers,
